1. However, you must install a webserver (i recommend Apache 1.3) and PHP 4 to be able to run them. You will also have to install zend optimizer.

On windows systems you may download WAMP instead (W2K+), it will automatically install apache and php : http://www.wampserver.com/en/index.php

NB : You will have to set register_globals to On, in php.ini file.

2. Copy the tools to a new directory, in Apache document root directory, for exemple :
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache\htdocs\dominion_calc

3. And then from your browser :
http://localhost/dominion_calc/index.php

PHP files are encoded, so don't edit them. But you may edit stylesheet file, in /css directory, to change fonts and colors if you want.
